Picton Respiratory Clinic has been established in partnership with the Australian Government Department of Health to provide free short-term care of respiratory illnesses. Picton Respiratory Clinic is co-located beside our General Practice to provide the safest environment for assessment, treatment and covid-19 testing.
There is a separate entry on Margaret Street to the Clinic and no internal access into the general practice.

Appointments are free, no fees apply as this service if funded by the Australian Government Department of Health. A GP referral is not required.
Anyone with any symptoms or signs of a respiratory illness such as a cough, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose, headache, body ache or ear pain.
You do NOT need to be a regular patient of Picton Family Medical Centre in order to attend and it is available for all people in the Wollondilly and beyond. Results will be sent to patients via SMS directly from Laverty Pathology.
Appointments are preferred, however we will accommodate for all patients where we can.

DRIVE UP assessments:
This Clinic is suitable for patients of all ages experiencing fever or respiratory symptoms. Respiratory symptoms include sore throat, cough, shortness of breath and/or nasal congestion, sneezing, headache, tiredness, diarrhea, vomiting.
You will REMAIN IN YOUR CAR for the duration of your consultation (please wear a mask)
If clinically indicated, you may be asked to leave the car to be examined inside the Clinic or beside your car.

Yes. Please wear a face mask, and present to the glass doors at 9 Margaret Street Picton at your appointment time and call 1300 545 245 to advise you have arrived on foot
